How long does shipping take?

Every product in The Pride & Purpose Collection™ is made to order — created specifically for you. Production generally requires 3–7 business days. Most U.S. orders arrive within approximately 5–10 business days after production is complete. Delivery times may vary
depending on the product, order volume, carrier conditions, and other circumstances. Once your order ships, you will automatically receive tracking information so you can follow your purchase every step of the way.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. Free standard shipping is available on eligible orders within the United States. We include standard shipping in our retail pricing, allowing you to enjoy a simple, transparent checkout
experience with no additional shipping charges on eligible U.S. orders. Our goal is to make every purchase feel effortless from start to finish.

Do you ship internationally?

The Pride & Purpose Collection™ is currently shipping within the United States. International expansion is part of our growth roadmap, and we look forward to bringing our collection to

RETURNS & REFUNDS

What is your return policy?

Because every product is custom made specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, incorrect size selection, or change of mind. We encourage all customers to review sizing guides carefully before placing an order.

However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will always make it right. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photographs of the issue, and we will resolve it promptly. Your satisfaction matters to us, and we'll work with you to resolve eligible issues as quickly as possible.

How do I request a refund or replacement?
