How Our Products Are Made Every product in The Pride & Purpose Collection™ is custom-printed on demand by our production partners through Printify. Your order is produced specifically for you after it is placed.
Production Time Most orders enter production within 1–3 business days of placement. Production is typically completed within 3–7 business days depending on the product type and print provider.
Domestic Shipping (United States) After production is complete, standard domestic shipping typically takes 3–7 business days. Total estimated delivery time from order placement is 7–14 business days under normal conditions.
International Shipping We ship to select international destinations. International delivery times vary by country and typically range from 10–30 business days after production. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by their country.
Tracking A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.
Shipping Delays Production and shipping timelines may be extended during peak seasons (Pride Month, holidays), due to carrier delays, or other circumstances outside our control. We appreciate your patience and will communicate any significant delays.
Multiple Items Orders containing multiple products may ship separately from different production facilities. You may receive more than one tracking number for a single order.
Address Accuracy Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Nossida LLC is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If you notice an error, contact us immediately — we can correct addresses within 24 hours of order placement.
